Account Executive

 

“Michelle Shore joined Strauss Media Strategies, Inc. as an account executive in January 2018 helping to book TV and radio tours as well as helping to develop media strategies and providing client on-air reports. With over 15 years of broadcast public relations and newsroom experience under her belt, Michelle has developed the skill and experience necessary to tackle almost any campaign.

 

Previously, Michelle served as a project manager and publicist at On the Scene Productions and West Glen Communications where she was responsible for developing PR strategies, providing counseling plans for clients, booking TV and radio media tours and monitoring airings of completed projects.

 


Michelle has successfully managed and booked hundreds of television and radio media campaigns for global non-profits and nationally known corporations. Some of her clients have included: Nike, Gatorade, Toys R Us, Kohl's, National Education Association, Edelman, Cohn and Wolfe, Hill and Knowlton, Sony Music, Paramount, Ogilvy PR, Universal and Warner Brothers.

 

Michelle launched her career as an assignment editor at WCBS-TV and News 12 NJ in The Bronx. During her news career, Michelle was responsible for covering breaking news, booking newsmakers, field producing, and coordinating field news crews. Michelle has covered everything from the 9/11 terrorist attacks to plane crashes and major crime events in the NYC area.

 

Michelle graduated from the Hofstra University with a B.A. in Communications Arts. She is an avid photographer, tennis enthusiast and enjoys watching just about anything when it comes to breaking news and history.”
